Imagine actually meeting your shark and helping tag them! Tag and Name your own shark and enjoy a visit to Isla Mujeres with the Masters of the Seas and shark experts. During the 1-day expedition, you will accompany a team of experts on a shark tagging, monitoring and vigilance expedition. Ideally, we will find and tag your shark that day, but sharks are unpredictable! If we do not find your shark that day, the next one we tag will be all yours. Sharks are tagged during our planned expeditions, depending on weather and fishery ban schedules. With GPS technology you’ll be able to follow your shark through your cell phone.
You receive:
- Full-color photo of your tagged shark
- Factsheet with information on your shark
- Adoption certificate with the name and history of the shark.
- Information on how to monitor and track your shark
- Your SOSF Adopt a Shark Kit that includes a hat and t-shirt
- 1-day trip* to accompany tagging and monitoring activities with the Masters of the Seas
